Position Summary

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager, who will focus on building the next generation of Cloud Security products. Experience working with AWS or Azure is critical for this role. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will assist leadership to create and execute a growth plan to help the company grow and achieve its business objectives. The candidate must be motivated, user focused and empathetic, and be
able to take the initiative and scale in a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment.

Role responsibilities:

What You Will Be Doing

• Understand customer use cases and translate them in product requirements
• Clearly and effectively communicate product strategy, functionality, and requirements to internal and external stakeholders
• Work with usability experience team to drive product usability
• Work with leadership to accurately capture relevant KPIs and execute based on them
• Own and drive a rapidly scaling product roadmap and product priorities on operational and strategic levels
• Work closely with the engineering team to clearly convey product direction and deliver product milestones
• Work closely with customer success team to monitor and resolve customer escalations along with Engineering leadership
• Conduct sales training and develop sales enablement tools, including training materials, battle cards, and value messaging guides
• Work with marketing to create highly technical content: blogs, whitepaper
• Meet with customers and partners to collect product feedback, and present to existing and prospective customers

Requirements:

What We Need From You

• 3 years B2B product management experience or 3 years as Solution Architect for projects running on Cloud Infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others and work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Demonstrable background in writing product management content (product requirement documents, design specifications, user guides, etc.)
• Strong time management and scheduling skills using industry standard products
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

It Would Be Nice If You Had:

• Professional Solution Architect Certification for either AWS or Azure
• DevOps or Application Security experience
• Experience in working with large scale enterprise customers
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Product Management certification
