Jun Li is senior security researcher at 360UnicornTeam of Security Research Institute in 360 Security Technology，his is author and co-author of multiple security books, his research focus includes connected cars, wireless communication，hardware security ,etc. He has presented his research at security conferences like Blackhat, DEFCON, CanSecWest, HITB etc.

He is the trainer of ISC and he is the founder of DEFCON GROUP 010 in Beijing.

Secure them all—From Silicon to the Cloud

It is a connected world, an era of internet of things. Everyone seems know this, but most of them only see the benefits of connecting everything to the Internet not the the threat & risk of it. 

For the past few years we have seen many connected devices get hacked, connected cars, smart home appliances, cameras, industrial control systems and more. Hackers attack those devices through all kinds of attack vectors and methods, from the extreme ones like side-channel analysis and fault injection to the common ones like network sniffing and spoofing.

In this talk I will go through those attack vectors by walking through real world examples of vulnerable devices we hacked for the past few years. The presentation will start from the lowest level (hardware security) to the cloud (client-server security).
